First Endurance Optygen HP review

The reason why I am writing this review on First Endurance Optygen-HP Supplement is because I could not find any reviews on this product.All the sites I looked at just said what the manufacturers said on their website.That did not help me because I was looking for a personal opinion and not the same sales pitch on 20 websites.So I took it upon myself to write a review to the best of my abilities to inform you about this product and if it is worth your time and money to use it.I would also like to say that I am not a competitive athlete and I exercise because I enjoy it and I like to challenge myself.This was a factor for me when I bought optygen HP because I wanted to see if it can really boost my performance and give me better results.I also don`t use any supplements (like creatine etc.) and/or "wonder drugs".I chose to use optygen HP because it uses natural ingredients and was tested in clinical trials.

Before I started using Optygen-HP I made a dairy where I wrote down my 1.5 mile (2.4km) and 5km run times.My 1.5 mile time was 10min 20sec and my 5km times was 22min 34sec (I know I was not breaking any records soon :-> ).I decided that I will time myself on each run once a week.But before I timed myself I first used the product for a week (manufacturer states that you should do this before expecting results).After my first timed 1.5 mile run using optygen HP I was quite surprised that I knocked about 30 seconds of my time.This made me happy `cause I was trying to get under the 10 minute mark.The following day when I timed my 5km run my time also improved by about 30 seconds.Over all I was excited that my times had improved but I decided that I will use optygen HP for six weeks in total,writing down my times each week,and after that time I will stop using it for six weeks and also write down my times.The reason why I decided to do this was that I could see if it was really the optygen HP improving my performance or if it was just giving me a placebo effect.

During the first six weeks that I used Optygen-HP my times improved quite well and I could feel a difference in myself when I was running.I felt like I had more oxygen and after running I suffered less from fatigue.It also felt that I could run harder for longer and that running hills was was not as hard as before.It was good because I got more exercise done in the same amount of time.But I thought that maybe I was only getting those results because I pushed myself harder than usual and that I was getting fitter.After six weeks of using optygen HP my 1.5 mile time was 8min 43sec and my 5km time was 18min 11sec.That was a improvement of 1min 37sec on my 1.5 mile and my 5km time improved by a massive 4min 23sec!

Naturally I was excited but I knew that maybe It was just me getting fitter.So in the six weeks that followed I did not use any optygen HP and I wrote down my times in my training dairy.After the first two weeks without optygen HP I could not really see difference between my running times.It was basically the same as when I used optygen HP,but it was after those two weeks that I started to notice a difference.I was still doing well in my running times and I still felt good after running but I could feel that I had less endurance.The feeling of "extra oxygen" was not there any more .After the six weeks without using optygen HP my 1.5mile time had was 9min 56sec and my 5km times was 20min 03sec.I was quite happy that my 5km time was still good for me,but it was still worse than when I used optygen HP.

After my whole experiment I came to the conclusion that the product does improve my performance .Not only did I have the results on paper but I also felt the difference when I was running.I have been using optygen HP now for about 5 months and I can safely say that it has worked for me.My current 1.5 mile time is 7min50 sec and my 5km time is just above 17 minutes.My goal is to get a seven minute 1.5 mile time and sixteen minutes for my 5km before the end of the year.
